How much do your services cost?
We work with budgets of all sizes. All of our acts are booked out by the hour with each additional hour heavily discounted. Costs are dependent on duration, customization, set up tear down needs, location, time of booking… Needless to say, there are a lot of factors that determine pricing. After your consultation, our event specialist will work hard to create a package to fit your budget and event needs.
What type of insurance do you have?
Our company has an extensive $5,000,000 insurance policy through Brown and Brown. We are able to add our clients and venue partners to our policy as needed for no additional cost to you! In addition, we require our performers to carry their individual specialty insurance policy. We’re not messing around and we make sure everyone is covered for a worry-free event.
How much can I customize?
Our team of event experts has created a variety of thematic entertainment packages to choose from. Each theme has countless options for you to customize for your specific event. These event experiences are carefully crafted to save you time and money while receiving the highest quality service to exceed the needs of your event. The possibilities are endless.
How far in advance is recommended to start booking?
RIGHT NOW. No seriously. Its never to early to pick your theme and start planning. We are firm believers that planning events are most fun and impactful when entertainment is booked first and used as a foundation. This sets the stage for the rest of your vendors to let their imagination run wild with us. To make sure you get the acts you want and to take advantage of early discounted rates we highly recommend having your entertainment booked minimum 30 days before your event.
Do you offer discounts?
We have our prices set so that our team can maintain our highest value of service while keeping costs consistent and fair for all of our clients. Do you offer lighting and sound
Absolutely! Our in house lighting partners are very familiar with all of the acts/performances we offer and know how to perfectly enhance them. Together, we have designed av packages that align with all of our in house event themes.
